02:37 PM EST, 12/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TeraWulf ( WULF ) said Monday it will deliver more than 70 megawatts of turn-key data center infrastructure to Core42, the data center subsidiary of cloud and artificial intelligence services company G42. Financial terms and other details of the long-term lease agreements were not disclosed.

TeraWulf ( WULF ) shares were down almost 14%. Over 31.9 million shares traded on Monday, exceeding its daily average volume of around 26 million.

CleanSpark ( CLSK ) said it exceeded its year-end target of 37 exahashes per second of operating hashrate, achieving 37.5 exahashes per second as part of ongoing expansions and fleet upgrades.

CleanSpark ( CLSK ) shares fell 8.1%. More than 21.4 million shares have traded hands, well under its average pace of about 35.1 million shares per day.

MicroStrategy ( MSTR ) said Monday it acquired 5,262 bitcoins between Dec. 16 through Dec. 22 for $561 million in cash. The purchases were at an average price of $106,662 per bitcoin. The company and its subsidiaries held 444,262 bitcoins at an aggregate price of $27.7 billion with an average purchase price of $62,257 per bitcoin, it said in a regulatory filing.

MicroStrategy ( MSTR ) shares were down 6.6%. Trading volume was more than 12.4 million shares, compared with its daily average of around 26.7 million shares per day.
