02:14 PM EST, 01/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Real Good Food ( RGF ) said Monday it received a notice from the Nasdaq that its securities would be suspended from trading on Tuesday and subsequently delisted.

Shares slumped 47% following a jump in intraday trading volume to over 351,000 from a daily average of about 22,000.

Luna Innovations ( LUNA ) said its securities will be suspended from trading on the Nasdaq on Tuesday and then delisted.

Shares sank 45%, with intraday trading volume surging to over 4.8 million versus a daily average of roughly 228,000.

Intrusion (INTZ) said Monday that it agreed to sell shares and pre-funded warrants to an institutional investor in a $7.5 million registered direct offering and plans to use net proceeds for general corporate purposes.

Shares retreated past 25% as intraday trading volume climbed to more than 7.4 million from a daily average of roughly 6.3 million.
