The company also said Thursday its board authorized its management to pursue a plan to separate the Urology, Acute Care, and OEM segments into a publicly traded company.

Shares slumped 22% following a surge in intraday trading volume to over 2.1 million from a daily average of about 506,000.

Ibotta ( IBTA ) reported a year-over-year decline in Q4 adjusted profit and revenue late Wednesday.

Shares slumped 44% as intraday trading volume soared to over 2.9 million versus a daily average of about 296,000.

Digimarc ( DMRC ) shares slumped 38% amid heavy trading after the company reported a year-over-year drop in Q4 revenue overnight.

Intraday trading volume jumped to over 1 million shares versus a daily average of about 164,000.
