02:05 PM EDT, 05/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Twin Vee PowerCats ( VEEE ) shares sank 54% after the company said late Thursday that it priced an underwritten public offering at $4 per share for expected gross proceeds of $3 million.

More than 2.69 million shares traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 1.4 million.

Iovance Biotherapeutics ( IOVA ) reported a wider-than-expected Q1 loss and revenue below expectations late Thursday. The company also lowered its 2025 product revenue guidance.

Shares slumped 46% as intraday trading volume rose to over 75.7 million from a daily average of about 10.3 million.

Expedia Group ( EXPE ) reported late Thursday Q1 revenue that increased year-over-year but missed the average analyst estimate compiled by FactSet.

Shares retreated 7.2% as intraday trading volume climbed to more than 4.5 million from a daily average of roughly 2.37 million.
