Shares sank 36% following an increase in intraday trading volume to over 7.6 million from a daily average of about 357,000.

Cabaletta Bio ( CABA ) said Wednesday it priced an underwritten public offering of securities to raise about $100 million.

Shares sank 25% following an increase in intraday trading volume to over 9.8 million from a daily average of about 1.4 million.

Lockheed Martin ( LMT ) is facing a setback as the US Air Force scaled back its request for the F-35 by half, Bloomberg News reported Wednesday. A procurement request document sent to Capitol Hill this week asked for only 24 of the warplanes instead of the 48 forecast last year, according to the news report.

Shares declined 4.5%, with intraday trading volume rising to over 2.3 million from a daily average of about 1.5 million.
