02:19 PM EDT, 06/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Houston American Energy ( HUSA ) said Tuesday it signed an agreement with an unnamed institutional investor for the sale of 81,629 shares at $14.80 per share via a registered direct offering, with expected gross proceeds of $1.2 million.

Shares sank 33% following an increase in intraday trading volume to over 1.94 million from a daily average of about 1.29 million.

US President Donald Trump publicly confirmed that Israel would refrain from new strikes on Iran, reinforcing confidence that the fragile ceasefire he has brokered would hold. Shares of Indonesia Energy ( INDO ) and Robin Energy ( RBNE ) were down 27% and 26%, respectively, amid declining oil prices.

West Texas Intermediate crude futures sank 5.7% to $64.59 a barrel.

Over 5.55 million shares of Indonesia Energy ( INDO ) traded intraday versus a daily average of roughly 2.61 million.

More than 2.33 million shares of Robin Energy ( RBNE ) traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 3.81 million.
