Over 11 million shares traded intraday, versus a daily average of roughly 760,000.
KinderCare Learning Companies' ( KLC ) Q2 revenue drop and a reduction in guidance were due to lower-than-expected enrollment, Morgan Stanley said in a Wednesday note.
Shares slumped 21%, with intraday trading volume surging to over 2.9 million from a daily average of about 539,000.
Veea ( VEEA ) said Wednesday it priced an offering of 6 million shares and warrants to purchase up to the same number of shares, raising $6 million in cash, alongside a $3.2 million debt-for-equity exchange with NLabs, for total gross proceeds of about $9.2 million.
Shares sank 26% following an increase in intraday trading volume to over 917,000 from a daily average of about 52,000.
