Shares sank 44%, with intraday trading volume of over 2.3 million against a daily average of about 172,000.

Ibotta ( IBTA ) shares sank 31% following its Q2 results. BofA Securities downgraded the stock to underperform from neutral and cut its price target to $24 from $57.

Trading volume surged to over 3 million from a daily average of about 386,000.

Amcor ( AMCCF ) reported Thursday fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings and revenue that missed market expectations.

Shares dropped 12% as intraday trading volume climbed to over 55.3 million from a daily average of roughly 24.5 million.
