02:35 PM EDT, 10/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Biomea Fusion ( BMEA ) said Tuesday it priced its $25 million underwritten public offering of about 11.2 million shares, pre-funded warrants to purchase up to 1 million shares, and accompanying warrants.

Shares plunged 34%, with intraday trading volume catapulting to over 18.3 million from a daily average of about 944,000.

Humacyte ( HUMA ) said it signed a securities purchase deal with unnamed institutional investors to buy $60 million worth of its stock and warrants in an oversubscribed registered direct offering.

Shares slumped 33% as intraday trading volume soared to over 30.6 million from a daily average of about 4.6 million.

Sanuwave Health ( SNWV ) shares dropped 22% in recent trading, a day after the company reported preliminary Q3 revenue that trailed its previous guidance.

More than 454,000 shares traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 52,000.
