01:39 PM EDT, 10/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- USANA Health Sciences ( USNA ) shares slumped 22% after the company reported late Thursday preliminary Q3 results, saying it swung to an adjusted loss from a profit a year earlier.

More than 379,000 shares traded intraday, compared with a daily average of about 129,000.

Tian Ruixiang ( TIRX ) said Friday it has struck a deal to sell shares and warrants to some institutional investors to raise about $3 million for the insurance broker operating in China.

Shares sank 43% following an increase in intraday trading volume to over 634,000 from a daily average of about 129,000.

Shuttle Pharmaceuticals ( SHPH ) said it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Molecule.ai for $10 million in cash and shares, contingent on the completion of certain milestones.

Shares of Shuttle dropped 24% as intraday trading volume grew to over 1.71 million from a daily average of roughly 125,000.
