02:29 PM EST, 11/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- uniQure (QURE) shares plummeted about 50% after the gene therapy company said Monday that the US Food and Drug Administration changed its position about the data it provided for a biologics license application for AMT-130 to treat Huntington's Disease.

The FDA no longer agrees that the company's data could be enough for approval of its BLA.

Nearly 24.7 million shares traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 3.25 million.

FMC's (FMC) earnings are expected to fall below estimates due to falling volumes and pricing challenges in parts of the company's portfolio, Morgan Stanley said in a Monday note.

Morgan Stanley reduced its price target for FMC to $17 from $38 while maintaining an equal weight rating.

FMC shares dropped 6.3%, with intraday trading volume at almost 9.21 million, versus the stock's daily average of over 3.01 million.
