02:21 PM EST, 11/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lazydays Holdings ( GORV ) disclosed late Friday its intention to delist its common stock from the Nasdaq Capital Market and anticipates the delisting will become effective on or about Nov. 28.

Shares dropped 40%, with intraday trading volume at over 535,000 versus the stock's daily average of about 1.01 million.

Carbon Revolution ( CREV ) said late Friday that it intends to appeal the Nasdaq's decision to delist its shares because of the company's non-compliance with the exchange's minimum shareholders' equity rule and failure to file its annual report.

Carbon Revolution ( CREV ) plans to present a compliance plan to address deficiencies and request an extension to regain compliance, with the appeal potentially delaying suspension until at least Nov. 28, according to the company.

Shares were 27% lower, with intraday trading volume at over 133,000 versus the stock's daily average of roughly 466,000.

B. Riley downgraded Applied Optoelectronics ( AAOI ) to sell from neutral, while maintaining its price target of $15.

Late Friday, the company said it may issue and sell up to $180 million of its shares from time to time.

Shares slumped 11% as intraday trading volume soared to about 7.64 million from a daily average of about 5.27 million.
