02:27 PM EST, 11/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sanara MedTech ( SMTI ) said late Tuesday it is discontinuing operations of its Tissue Health Plus division after completing an evaluation of strategic alternatives.

The company said the move is intended to improve operating efficiency and reallocate resources to its core surgical business.

Shares slumped 22% as intraday trading volume rose to over 250,000 from a daily average of about 28,000.

VisionSys AI ( VSA ) reported on Wednesday that it signed agreements with certain institutional investors for the purchase of more than 9.23 million American depositary shares and warrants at $1.30 per ADS and accompanying warrants.

The gross proceeds from the registered direct offering are estimated to be about $12.0 million.

Shares plunged 77% as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 21.8 million from a daily average of about 240,000.

GlobalFoundries ( GFS ) reported Wednesday Q3 non-IFRS earnings that were unchanged from a year ago, and revenue also declined.

Shares dropped 4.3%, with intraday trading volume at over 5.63 million versus the stock's daily average of about 3.03 million.
