02:41 PM EST, 11/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bath & Body Works ( BBWI ) reported lower fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings and sales in addition to cutting its fiscal 2025 sales guidance on Thursday.

Shares sank 26% following an increase in intraday trading volume to over 31.1 million from a daily average of about 6.8 million.

Brera ( SLMT ) filed a prospectus late Wednesday detailing the resale by selling security holders of up to about 156.6 million class B ordinary shares, along with warrants to purchase roughly 76.8 million additional class B shares.

Shares plunged 56% as intraday trading volume jumped to over 4.5 million from a daily average of about 1.5 million.

Robinhood Markets ( HOOD ) reported in a regulatory filing Wednesday that director Baiju Bhatt sold 418,338 shares of the company for about $48.8 million on Nov. 17.

Shares were down 8.7%, with intraday trading volume at over 31.6 million, versus the stock's daily average of roughly 35.5 million.
