Shares sank 43% following an increase in intraday trading volume to about 1.3 million from a daily average of about 760,000.

Lakeland Industries ( LAKE ) shares slumped 39% amid heavy trading after the company reported late Tuesday it swung to a fiscal Q3 loss.

Intraday trading volume soared to over 2.3 million shares from a daily average of about 131,000.

MIND Technology ( MIND ) stock was down 17% after the company reported lower fiscal Q3 earnings and revenue late Tuesday.

Shares slumped 25% as intraday trading volume soared to about 1.1 million from a daily average of about 258,000.
