02:10 PM EST, 01/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- TryHard ( THH ) unveiled on Wednesday an equity purchase agreement in which Summer Explorer Investments committed to purchasing up to $25 million of the company's class A ordinary shares over a period of 12 months.

Shares of TryHard ( THH ) sank 49% following an increase in intraday trading volume to over 866,000 from a daily average of about 233,000.

BriaCell Therapeutics ( BCTX ) shares sank 56% amid heavy trading after the company said late Tuesday it priced a public offering of about 5.37 million units at $5.59 each, for total expected gross proceeds of $30 million.

More than 4.77 million shares of the company traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 188,000.

Beyond Air ( XAIR ) unveiled on Wednesday a private placement of about 3.93 million shares of common stock and warrants to purchase up to the same number of shares at a combined price of $1.272 per share of common stock and associated warrant, targeting about $5 million in gross proceeds.

Shares slumped 28% as intraday trading volume soared to over 17.2 million from a daily average of about 7.05 million.
