Intraday trading volume stood at over 1.1 million shares versus a daily average of roughly 45,000.

Ampco-Pittsburgh ( AP ) reported a Q4 net loss late Monday of $2.85 per diluted share, widening from a loss of $2.09 a year ago.

Shares slid nearly 26% as intraday trading volume jumped to over 1.4 million from a daily average of about 283,000.

Comtech Telecommunications ( CMTL ) reported fiscal Q2 net sales late Monday of $106.8 million, down from $126.6 million a year earlier.

Shares fell 26%, with intraday trading volume of over 833,000 shares versus a daily average of roughly 352,000.
