Shares declined 10% as intraday trading volume surged to over 7.29 million from a daily average of about 712,000.

BTIG Research downgraded shares of Zscaler ( ZS ) to neutral from buy.

Shares of Zscaler ( ZS ) slumped 11% as intraday trading volume soared to more than 4.84 million from a daily average of about 2.73 million.

ServiceNow ( NOW ) said Thursday it is shifting its entire product portfolio from artificial intelligence sidecars to full AI integration. The company said all of its products now include built-in AI, data connectivity, workflow execution, security, and governance.

Shares slid 8%, with intraday trading volume at over 25.6 million, versus a daily average of roughly 19.3 million.
