Shares slumped 34% as intraday trading volume soared to more than 6.5 million from a daily average of about 881,000.

Synopsys ( SNPS ) shares were down over 8% following its fiscal Q2 results and guidance in the previous day.

More than 2.8 million shares traded intraday, compared with a daily average of about 1.8 million.

Sidus Space ( SIDU ) said late Wednesday it has priced a best-efforts registered direct offering of about 19.7 million class A shares at $5.08 each.

Shares dropped 15%, with intraday trading volume rising to over 41.5 million from a daily average of about 21.4 million.
