02:02 PM EDT, 06/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Mustang Bio ( MBIO ) shares surged 340% after the company said Monday that updated data from its phase 1/2 clinical trial of MB-106 indicated a 90% overall response rate in Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia blood cancer patients previously treated with Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibitors.

More than 800 million shares traded intraday versus a daily average of roughly 3.2 million.

Aaron's (AAN) said Monday it has agreed to be acquired by fintech firm IQVentures for $10.10 per share in cash for an enterprise value of approximately $504 million.

Shares rallied more than 32% as intraday trading volume advanced to more than 5.9 million from a daily average of roughly 233,000.

Autodesk ( ADSK ) shareholder Starboard Value said Monday that it plans to sue Autodesk ( ADSK ) and its board for allegedly failing to disclose material accounting and disclosure issues.

Starboard is seeking to leverage a now-completed internal investigation that resulted in no financial restatement as a pretext for re-opening the advance notice period, Autodesk ( ADSK ) said in a statement Monday.

Autodesk ( ADSK ) shares rose 7% as intraday trading volume climbed to more than 3.0 million versus the stock's daily average of about 1.9 million.
