01:07 PM EDT, 07/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Aehr Test Systems ( AEHR ) said late Tuesday that it received orders valued at more than $12.7 million from one of its silicon carbide test and burn-in customers.

Shares jumped nearly 20% as intraday trading volume advanced to more than 8.5 million from a daily average of about 1.04 million.

Shimmick ( SHIM ) said it secured a roughly $27.6 million subcontract for work on the Sunol Valley Water Treatment Plant Ozonation project in California late Tuesday.

Shares soared 46% as intraday trading volume climbed to more than 36.7 million versus the stock's daily average of about 176,000.

Aditxt ( ADTX ) shares soared 32% after the company said Wednesday that it amended its merger agreement with Evofem Biosciences to address pre-closing issues.

The revisions include additional interim financing for Evofem and substituting cash for Aditxt's ( ADTX ) common stock as the consideration for Evofem's shares in the merger.

More than 27.6 million shares of Aditxt ( ADTX ) traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 43,000.
