02:02 PM EDT, 08/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Iteris ( ITI ) said Friday it signed a definitive merger agreement to be acquired by Almaviva, a private Italian digital innovation group, in an all-cash deal valuing the smart-mobility infrastructure management firm at about $335 million.

Shares surged more than 63% as intraday trading volume catapulted to more than 19 million from a daily average of about 101,000.

Doximity ( DOCS ) reported late Thursday a higher fiscal Q1 revenue and non-GAAP net income as well as lifted its revenue guidance.

Shares advanced 34% as intraday trading volume rose to over 7.5 million versus the stock's daily average of about 1.6 million.

William Blair upgraded Blend Labs ( BLND ) to an outperform stock rating after the company reported late Thursday Q2 sales that beat market expectations.

According to analysts polled by Capital IQ, the company has an average rating of outperform and price targets ranging from $3 to $3.50.

Shares jumped 30% as intraday trading volume soared to over 14.8 million from a daily average of about 2.4 million.
