02:26 PM EDT, 09/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BurgerFi International ( BFI ) said late Monday that it received interim court approval to access $3.5 million in debtor-in-possession financing from an affiliate of TREW Capital Management.

Shares soared 94% as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 233.1 million from a daily average of about 8.4 million.

Smith Micro Software ( SMSI ) said it filed a request with the US Securities and Exchange Commission late Monday to allow the company to withdraw its registration statement for a common stock and warrants offering.

Shares surged 93% as intraday trading volume climbed to more than 140.1 million from a daily average of about 248,000.

Datasea ( DTSS ) said Tuesday its Chinese subsidiaries agreed to provide advanced 5G-Artificial Intelligence multimodal services to Qingdao Ruizhi Yixing Information Technology.

The value of the overall agreement is $30 million over 12 months.

Shares advanced 47%, with intraday trading volume at 36.3 million versus the stock's daily average of about 296,000.
