01:37 PM EST, 12/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cheetah Net Supply Chain Service ( CTNT ) said late Monday it signed definitive agreements to acquire labor and logistics service provider TW & EW Services for $200,000 in cash and $800,000 in unregistered class A Cheetah common shares.

Shares catapulted more than 194% after midday Tuesday as intraday trading volume soared to more than 108.6 million from a daily average of about 139,000.

ZJK Industrial ( ZJK ) shares surged 132% amid heavy trading after the company said Tuesday it expanded its collaboration with Nvidia (NVDA) into liquid cooling systems.

More than 20.2 million shares traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 109,000.

PSQ Holdings ( PSQH ) has selected Donald Trump Jr. to serve on its board, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing sources with knowledge of the matter.

PSQ Chief Executive Michael Seifert connected with Trump Jr. through a mutual contact in 2022, with Trump Jr. facilitating introductions that advanced the company's public listing and partnerships, one of the sources told Bloomberg.

PSQ did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.

Shares jumped 89%, with intraday trading volume at over 80.7 million compared with a daily average of nearly 182,000.
