01:22 PM EST, 01/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- N2OFF ( NITO ) said Thursday it won approval to submit a statutory plan for its 111 MWp solar photovoltaic joint-venture project in Melz, Germany.

Shares more than quadrupled as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 525 million from a daily average of about 3.2 million.

Meanwhile, Carmell ( CTCX ) said Thursday that it signed an agreement with PMGC Holdings (ELAB) and its Elevai Skincare subsidiary to acquire the assets related to Elevai's skincare and haircare business.

Shares soared 157% as intraday trading volume surged to more than 285 million from a daily average of about 6.1 million.

This comes as SuperCom ( SPCB ) said Thursday it secured two new contracts with unnamed agencies in Kentucky to deploy its public safety technologies. The firm did not disclose the deal's financial terms.

Shares jumped 69%, with intraday trading volume at over 34.6 million compared with a daily average of about 168,000.
