Nxu's stock jumped 49% as intraday volume topped 159,7 million shares versus the daily average of 16.8 million.

Aptose Biosciences ( APTO ) reported "promising" early safety and response results from newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia patients dosed in Aptose's phase 1/2 trial with 40 milligrams of tuspetinib in combination with standard of care dosing of venetoclax and azacitidine.
