Intraday trading volume catapulted to over 88 million shares from a daily average of almost 57,000.

Hasbro ( HAS ) released fiscal Q4 results that topped analysts' estimates. It also outlined its "Playing to Win" strategy.

Shares rose 13% as intraday trading volume climbed to more than 2.9 million from a daily average of about 1.5 million.

Baxter International ( BAX ) reported Thursday Q4 adjusted earnings from continuing operations and revenue above the average analyst estimates compiled by FactSet.

Shares jumped over 8%, with intraday trading volume rising to over 5.87 million from a daily average of about 4.63 million.
