01:38 PM EDT, 03/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tenon Medical ( TNON ) said Tuesday it agreed to sell $1.5 million worth of shares to a healthcare-focused institutional investor, with A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners as the placement agent.

The company said it will issue 733,500 shares at $2.00 apiece in a registered direct offering to the investor. The shares will come with an equal number of warrants.

Shares were up over 260% as intraday trading volume jumped to over 258 million from a daily average of about 1.23 million.

DatChat ( DATS ) said its Myseum social media platform for storing and sharing digital photos and content is now available as a download on Apple iOS and Android devices.

Shares soared 85% as intraday trading volume surged to more than 136 million from a daily average of about 9 million.

Desktop Metal ( DM ) shares rallied after the company said the Delaware Court of Chancery ruled in its favor in a legal dispute with Nano Dimension (NNDM) over their planned merger.

Desktop shares advanced 90%, with intraday trading volume of over 46 million compared with a daily average of about 276,000. Nano shares were down over 17%.
