02:55 PM EDT, 05/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Classover Holdings ( KIDZ ) said Thursday it entered into an equity purchase facility agreement with Solana Strategies Holdings, under which the company will sell up to $400 million of its class B common stock to Solana Strategies.

Shares jumped 250% as intraday trading volume soared to over 205 million from a daily average of about 1.69 million.

Quanta Services ( PWR ) reported Q1 adjusted earnings and revenue that jumped from a year ago, beating the average analyst estimates compiled by FactSet.

Shares soared 10% as intraday trading volume surged to more than 2.35 million from a daily average of about 1.67 million.

Carrier Global ( CARR ) reported Q1 adjusted earnings and sales, beating analysts' estimates.

Shares jumped 12%, with intraday trading volume of over 6.23 million, compared with a daily average of about 5.68 million.
