More than 26 million shares traded intraday, compared with a daily average of about 242,000.

OneMedNet ( ONMD ) said it signed agreements with investors in private placement transactions at $0.42 per share, resulting in gross proceeds of about $3.7 million.

Shares soared 125%, with intraday trading volume of over 450 million against a daily average of roughly 110,000.

Nano Labs ( NA ) said it struck a deal to sell $500 million convertible promissory notes to investors. It also said it plans to acquire $1 billion worth of BNB cryptocurrency via convertible notes and private placements.

Shares jumped 51% as intraday trading volume advanced to more than 17 million from a daily average of about 139,000.
