01:46 PM EDT, 07/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Wolfspeed ( WOLF ) said late Monday it has taken the next step to implement its restructuring support agreement with key lenders.
The step will enable the company to reduce its total debt by about 70%, or roughly $4.6 billion, and lower its annual cash interest payments by around 60%.
Shares rose 128% as intraday trading volume surged to over 449.9 million from a daily average of roughly 36.1 million.
ClearOne ( CLRO ) shares soared 74% after the company said late Monday it will pay a special one-time stock dividend, which exceeds 25% of the value of the company's common stock.
The special payout provides legacy stockholders with a 100% stake in the proceeds from any eventual sale of all or substantially all of the company's current assets and operations.
Intraday trading volume catapulted to more than 36.3 million from a daily average of about 24,000.
Cybin ( CYBN ) said Tuesday it entered into a securities purchase agreement to sell to High Trail Special Situations up to $500 million of unsecured convertible debentures.
Shares advanced past 9% as intraday trading volume climbed to more than 872,000 from a daily average of about 303,000.
