01:18 PM EDT, 07/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- WNS (WNS) shares added more than 14% on Monday after the business process management company agreed to be acquired by French technology consulting firm Capgemini for about $3.3 billion, excluding assumed debt. The $76.50-per-share offering price marks a 17% premium to WNS' most recent closing price.

Trading volume for WNS also spiked on Monday, with more than 19.3 million shares changing hands compared with its average volume of around 750,000 shares per day.

Enovix ( ENVX ) was rising nearly 13% in recent Monday trade after the electronic components manufacturer reported a smaller-than-expected Q2 net loss of $0.15 per share compared with the FactSet consensus call looking for a $0.19-per-share loss for the three months ended June 29. Revenue "nearly doubled" over year-ago levels, the company said, rising to $7.5 million and also exceeding the analyst consensus expecting $5.6 million for the quarter.

More than 16.1 million Enovix ( ENVX ) shares already have traded so far on Monday, or more than three times the stock's daily average of about 5 million shares.

Sandstorm Gold ( SAND ) was climbing nearly 7% in recent Monday trading after the Canadian miner agreed to a buyout proposal valued at about $3.5 billion from Royal Gold (RGLD), which will swap 0.0625 of a Royal Gold share for each Sandstorm Gold ( SAND ) share. Sandstorm Gold ( SAND ) investors will own about 23% of the combined entities once the deal closes, the companies said.

Trading volume for Sandstorm recently was running more than five times higher than average, with more than 28.2 million shares exchanged so far on Monday compared with a daily average of around 5.3 million shares.
