02:39 PM EDT, 07/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Fusion Fuel Green ( HTOO ) said Tuesday that its unit, Bright Hydrogen Solutions, has signed a non-binding term sheet on hydrogen projects with a green energy technology provider.

The partner would commit up to 30 million euros ($35.1 million) in capital over four years to be invested in some hydrogen projects, Fusion said.

Shares of Fusion Fuel soared 63%, with intraday trading volume of over 27.7 million against a daily average of about 49,000.

Harrison Global Holdings (BLMZ) said late Monday it has started due diligence for a planned subsidiary acquisition and strategic partnership with Idealize, a Japanese event operations, audio and visual production company.

Harrison shares surged 38% as intraday trading volume climbed to over 175 million from a daily average of about 35 million.

Faraday Future Intelligent Electric ( FFAI ) received a non-binding pre-order for 1,000 FX Super One multi-purpose vehicles from Nature's Miracle in a deal worth up to $100 million.

Shares advanced 40% as intraday trading volume soared to more than 103 million from a daily average of about 11 million.
