01:32 PM EDT, 08/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- WideOpenWest ( WOW ) shares soared 49% after the company overnight disclosed an acquisition by affiliated investment funds of DigitalBridge Investments and Crestview Partners in a $1.5 billion all-cash deal.

More than 38.4 million shares traded intraday compared with a daily average of roughly 347,000.

Mercury Systems ( MRCY ) reported fiscal Q4 non-GAAP net income and revenue late Monday that beat market expectations.

Shares advanced 24% as intraday trading volume jumped to over 1.8 million from a daily average of about 650,000.

Liquidia ( LQDA ) reported a wider-than-expected Q2 net loss on Tuesday, but sales growth was more than two times higher than the average analyst estimate compiled by FactSet.

Shares jumped 15%, with intraday trading volume at over 7 million from a daily average of about 2.6 million.
