01:55 PM EDT, 08/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Professional Diversity Network ( IPDN ) said Friday it signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Dubai-based OOKC Group to develop a compliance-driven Web3.0 digital investment banking platform.

Shares of Professional Diversity catapulted 399% as intraday trading volume soared to over 256.7 million from a daily average of about 1.6 million.

YD Bio ( YDES ) said Friday it completed its previously announced business combination with Breeze, and its shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the "YDES" ticker on Friday.

The biotechnology company also said that a Private Investment in Public Equity offering closed in full, which is expected to yield more than $11.5 million to fund its future operations.

Shares surged 75% as intraday trading volume soared to over 801,000.

Iren ( IREN ) shares rose in recent Friday trading after two analysts raised their price targets on the stock, following the company's swing to a fiscal year profit from a loss a year earlier.

Roth Capital boosted its target to $35 from $26, while B. Riley raised its target to $29 from $22. Both analysts maintained their buy ratings.

Shares of Iren ( IREN ) jumped 15%, with intraday trading volume at over 63.2 million from a daily average of about 25 million.
