Shares of Beyond Meat ( BYND ) soared 80% as intraday trading volume advanced to more than 1.07 billion from a daily average of about 37.8 million.

Minerva Neurosciences ( NERV ) said Tuesday it entered into a securities purchase agreement with certain institutional investors for up to $200 million in gross proceeds through a private placement.

Shares of the healthcare group more than tripled as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 150 million from a daily average of about 236,000.

VSee Health ( VSEE ) reported Tuesday that a multi-year teleradiology contract with a "premier Level 1" hospital system is set to double VSee's annual recurring revenue.

The contract is projected to generate about $10 million in gross revenue over the next two years, the company said.

Shares of the company surged 66% as intraday trading volume soared to over 232 million from a daily average of roughly 972,000.
