01:55 PM EDT, 10/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- VSee Health ( VSEE ) said Tuesday it received an Authority to Operate at the FedRAMP High Level from the US Department of Health and Human Services.

The authorization also allows other federal agencies to use VSee where FedRAMP High is required, the company said.

Shares almost doubled as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 267.9 million from a daily average of about 5.38 million.

Arcutis Biotherapeutics' ( ARQT ) shares soared 29% amid heavy trading after the company said Tuesday it swung to a Q3 profit as revenue increased.

Intraday trading volume advanced to more than 8.82 million shares from a daily average of about 1.78 million.

Nvidia ( NVDA ) plans to make a $1 billion equity investment in Nokia ( NOK ) to acquire a 2.9% stake in the Finnish company.

Shares of Nokia ( NOK ) jumped 24%, with intraday trading volume at over 266.4 million compared with a daily average of about 31.2 million.
