02:12 PM EST, 11/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Creative Media & Community Trust ( CMCT ) said Wednesday that it has agreed to sell its lending division to PG FR Holding, an affiliate of Atlanta-based Peachtree.

The company said it estimates the price to be $44 million, with net cash proceeds of about $31 million.

Shares soared 69% as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 46.2 million from a daily average of roughly 43,000.

Advanced Micro Devices ( AMD ) shares rose over 7% after the chipmaker set long-term financial targets, including robust revenue and earnings growth late Tuesday.

More than 86.1 million shares of the company traded intraday, compared with a daily average of about 58.2 million.

Proficient Auto Logistics ( PAL ) reported late Tuesday a stronger-than-expected growth in Q3 revenue.

Shares surged 29% as intraday trading volume advanced to more than 943,000 from a daily average of about 184,000.
