01:47 PM EST, 11/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Enviri ( NVRI ) said Friday it agreed to sell its Clean Earth unit to Veolia for $3.04 billion in cash, while adding its shareholders will retain full ownership of the remaining Harsco Environmental and Rail through a spin-off into a standalone publicly traded entity.

Shares of Enviri ( NVRI ) surged 28% as intraday trading volume soared to nearly 9.11 million from a daily average of over 1.21 million.

Iveda Solutions ( IVDA ) reported on Friday a manufacturing partnership with the Arab Organization for Industrialization and ZeroTech in Egypt. The financial terms of the deal were not provided.

Shares soared 35% as intraday trading volume catapulted to about 157.2 million from a daily average of more than 1.91 million.

Ross Stores' ( ROST ) shares jumped 7.3% amid heavy trading after the discount retailer announced an unexpected increase in fiscal Q3 earnings.

More than 3.68 million shares of the company traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 2.46 million.
