Wah Fu Education Group ( WAFU ) shares soared 42% after the company said late Monday that it integrated DeepSeek into its learning programs.

Trading volume soared to more than 111 million shares from a daily average of about 320,000.

Thermo Fisher Scientific ( TMO ) said Tuesday that it agreed to acquire Solventum's ( SOLV ) purification and filtration business for about $4.1 billion in cash.

Shares of Solventum ( SOLV ) advanced 10%, with trading volume rising to over 2 million shares from a daily average of about 850,000.
