01:58 PM EST, 12/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lumine Group agreed to buy Synchronoss Technologies ( SNCR ) in an all-cash deal for about $116.4 million, according to a statement released Thursday.

Shares of Synchronoss ( SNCR ) surged 64% as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 1.7 million from a daily average of about 92,000.

Axogen ( AXGN ) shares jumped 18% amid heavy trading after the company said late Wednesday the US Food and Drug Administration has approved its biologics license application for Avance, which is intended to treat sensory, mixed, and motor peripheral nerve discontinuities.

Over 2.4 million shares of the company traded intraday compared with a daily average of roughly 869,000.

Dollar General ( DG ) shares jumped 12% after the company posted higher fiscal Q3 earnings and net sales, and raised its fiscal 2025 guidance.

More than 8.8 million shares of Dollar General ( DG ) traded intraday compared with a daily average of roughly 3.03 million.
