01:31 PM EDT, 03/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Serina Therapeutics ( SER ) shares rose in midday trading on Thursday after the company said late Wednesday it has entered agreements to offer common shares and pre-funded warrants at $2.25 apiece for gross proceeds of $15 million.

Shares jumped roughly 115% in midday trading as volume climbed to more than 125.9 million from a daily average of about 1.5 million.

Envela ( ELA ) shares were up nearly 44% after the company reported higher Q4 results late Wednesday.

Intraday trading volume rose to over 1.3 million shares from a daily average of about 81,000.

Duluth Holdings ( DLTH ) stock was up about 43% after the company swung to adjusted earnings of $0.23 per share in fiscal Q4 from a loss of $0.10 per share in the same quarter a year ago.

Intraday trading volume stood at nearly 10.9 million shares versus a daily average of roughly 63,000.
