01:16 PM EDT, 03/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sarepta Therapeutics ( SRPT ) said Wednesday early clinical results showed that its investigational siRNA treatments SRP-1001 and SRP-1003 achieved high muscle concentrations in patients with neuromuscular diseases.

Shares surged 31% as intraday trading volume climbed to over 11.3 million from a daily average of about 2.61 million.

Corcept Therapeutics' ( CORT ) relacorilant in combination with nab-paclitaxel has been approved to treat adults with platinum-resistant epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer, the US Food and Drug Administration said Wednesday.

Shares soared 26% as intraday trading volume rose to over 8.37 million from a daily average of roughly 2.29 million.

M-tron Industries ( MPTI ) reported a Q4 net income and revenue late Tuesday above analysts' estimates.

Shares jumped 11% as intraday trading volume grew to more than 290,000 from a daily average of about 44,000.
