Jet Airways: Gulf carrier Etihad Airways is likely to infuse around Rs 1,600-1,900 crore into cash-strapped Jet Airways under a proposed deal wherein Naresh Goyal would step down as chairman of the domestic carrier, sources told PTI.

United Breweries Ltd (UBL): The liquor company on Monday said the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) in Bengaluru has transferred 2.80 percent stake worth over Rs 1,025 crore held by Vijay Mallya-linked United Breweries (Holdings) Ltd in the company.

Tata Steel BSL: The company on Monday said its board has approved an increase in the company's authorised share capital, and given nod for issuance of 11.09 per cent shares to Tata Steel on a private placement basis.

Reliance Communications, RIL: The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) on Monday pulled up SBI, the lead lender of debt-ridden Reliance Communications, along with others for giving a 'false impression' to monetise Rs 37,000 crore from asset sales of the telecom company to RIL-owned Reliance Jio.

CG Power and Industrial Solutions: The company on Monday said that creditors have invoked 6.76 crore pledged equity shares, constituting 10.8 per cent of the company's share capital, held by one of its promoters Avantha Holdings. (stock image)

HDFC Life Insurance: The company on Monday said one of its promoters, Standard Life, will sell up to 4.93 per cent in the life insurance firm through offer for sale (OFS). (stock image)

Godfrey Phillips India: The company on Monday said it is in complete compliance with the country's FDI norms and rejected allegations of violations regarding its arrangements for manufacturing Marlboro cigarettes.

TVS Motors: The company board declared a second interim dividend of Rs 1.40 per share. (stock image)

DHFL: The company on Monday said its independent director VK Chopra has resigned. The board of directors of the company has accepted his resignation with effect from March 11, the company said in a filing to the BSE.
