02:19 PM EST, 11/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Upwork ( UPWK ) will be added to the S&P SmallCap 600 index on Nov. 28, S&P Dow Jones Indices said late Monday.

Upwork ( UPWK ) will replace Premier (PINC), which is set to be acquired by Patient Square Capital in a deal expected to close Nov. 25, according to the statement.

Upwork ( UPWK ) share were up more than 8% in recent Tuesday trading.
