07:40 AM EDT, 08/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Uranium Royalty ( UROY ) on Friday said it appointed Andy Marshall as chief financial officer, succeeding Josephine Man who had worked at URC for seven years.

U.S.-listed shares of the company were last seen down 1.5% at $2.55 in pre-market trading.

The company said Marshall is a chartered accountant and chartered financial analyst with over 20 years of senior financial leadership experience in the natural resources sector.

Josephine Man is the current CFO of Uranium Energy and had joined UEC in October 2024.
