05:55 AM EDT, 10/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- U.S. crude oil inventories declined 6.8 million barrels to 416 million barrels in the week ended Oct. 24, the U.S. Energy Information Administration said in its This Week in Petroleum report released Wednesday.
Crude oil production increased 35,000 barrels per day to 13.64 million b/d, the EIA reported.
Crude oil imports fell 196,000 b/d to 5.72 million b/d while crude oil exports rose 152,000 b/d to 4.16 million b/d, according to the agency.
Gasoline stockpiles dropped 6 million barrels to 210.7 million barrels, the EIA reported. Distillate stocks also decreased 3.4 million barrels to 112.2 million barrels.
