* United Airlines (UAL), Omnicom Group ( OMC ) and J.B. Hunt Transport Services (JBHT) are among the companies scheduled to report results after Tuesday's closing bell.
* November West Texas Intermediate crude oil fell $3.25 to $70.58 a barrel, while December Brent, the global benchmark, dropped $3.15 to $74.31 after reports Israel won't target oil infrastructure when it responds to Iran's missile strike and as the International Energy Agency cut its 2024 demand estimate.
* Walgreens Boots Alliance ( WBA ) shares jumped 16% after fiscal Q4 results topped estimates by analysts.
* ASML ( ASML ) shares slumped 16% after fiscal 2025 sales outlook trailed estimates. Separately, the company published fiscal Q3 results ahead of schedule to ensure transparency after information relating to the quarter was "erroneously published" on its website.
* UnitedHealth Group ( UNH ) narrowed its full-year earnings outlook amid a higher-than-expected impact from business disruptions tied to a cybersecurity incident earlier in the year. The shares fell 8.4%.
