U.S. stocks traded mixed this morning, with the Nasdaq Composite gaining more than 100 points on Monday.
Following the market opening Monday, the Dow traded down 0.08% to 46,466.54 while the NASDAQ gained 0.52% to 21,992.48. The S&P 500 also rose, gaining, 0.22% to 6,597.45.

Communication services shares climbed by 0.7% on Monday.
In trading on Monday, materials stocks fell by 0.9%.
Top Headline
The ISM services PMI declined to 54 in March from 56.1 in the previous month, versus market estimates of 55.
Equities Trading UP
Focus Universal Inc. ( FCUV ) shares shot up 162% to $8.76.
Shares of Profusa, Inc. ( PFSA ) got a boost, surging 152% to $1.92 after the company announced it will acquire the PanOmics multi-omics diagnostics platform from BioInsights LLC for approximately $30 million in stock.
Xiao-I Corporation ( AIXI ) shares were also up, gaining 99% to $0.2582. Xiao-I ( AIXI ) recently issued an additional material update on its variable interest entity’s ongoing patent infringement lawsuit against Apple.
Equities Trading DOWN
Intercont (Cayman) Limited ( NCT ) shares dropped 33% to $1.84.
Shares of Nvni Group Limited ( NVNI ) were down 31% to $1.0915 after the company announced that it will acquire a 51% stake in the American business of global IT consulting and technology services firm Beyondsoft for approximately $81 million.
Ridgetech, Inc. ( RDGT ) was down, falling 27% to $0.0180 after the company announced a 1-for-150 reverse stock split.
Commodities
In commodity news, oil traded up 1.1% to $112.71 while gold traded up 0.3% at $4,692.90.
Silver traded down 0.5% to $72.550 on Monday, while copper rose 0.5% to $5.6105.
Euro zone
European shares were mostly lower today. The eurozone's STOXX 600 fell 0.2%, while Spain's IBEX 35 Index fell 0.1%. London's FTSE 100 gained 0.85%, Germany's DAX dipped 0.73% and France's CAC 40 fell 0.12% during the session.
Asia Pacific Markets
Asian markets closed higher on Monday, with Japan's Nikkei 225 gaining 0.55%, and India's BSE Sensex gaining 1.07%.
