Sept 3 (Reuters) - The S&P 500 and the Nasdaq opened
higher on Wednesday after Alphabet gained on a favorable
antitrust ruling and investors awaited labor market data that
could influence the central bank's upcoming interest-rate
decision.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 13.6 points, or
0.03%, at the open to 45,309.43. The S&P 500 rose 30.3
points, or 0.47%, at the open to 6,445.82, while the Nasdaq
Composite rose 182.0 points, or 0.86%, to 21,461.627 at
the opening bell.
